Energy drinks on SW

Hi all, i'm new to mumsnet and new to SW. I'm not part of a group - I've braved it and doing it alone, but i'm stuck......i love an energy drink but can't find the syn values. Are the ones like 5 cal and under free? it's really got me confused- surely sugar free is free?..then I heard that for every 20 cals its 1 syn. CONFUSED!
Please can someone help me out?

Rockstar Revolt is free - there's two flavours (cooler and citrus).

All the zero lucozades are free, monster zero and red bull sugar free and zero...

How big is it and how many calories? The 500ml one I found was 12 syns....
