Work colleague has lost 2.5 stones since January, and I'm seriously tempted as she claims never to be hungry. However, the website isn't terribly explicit (as I wouldn't expect it to be!) about what I can and can't eat. I know I can't make the local meetings to go and ask, so it would have to be online.
I have a few food issues (digestion rather than anything else!) which mean I have to be careful about what I eat, along with a few dislikes so I'm loathe to pay for something that I'll end up not using.
Can someone give me an idiots guide as to how it works? No carb? Low fat? Restrictions?
