Prepared breakfast ideas

It is Ramadan soon,as the time between sunset and sunrise is quite short, and I need some preferably syn free/low syn ideas...things I can prepare in advance/batch cook/pop in fridge/freezer.
Overnight...or overday oats with fruit, breakfast muffins made with vegetables and egg, frittatas is what I have so far!

I know I have the whole evening to cook, but I have DC to get ready for bed and I tend to do some job related work, some evenings, when I can't be disturbed.

What meals/snacks do you prepare in advance/batch cook/buy for ease?

Boiled eggs can be batch cooked and will keep in fridge for a few days

Waffles are really big at my SW group at the moment- you can get a silicone waffle mould from amazon for a couple of pounds- I got a waffle maker from Aldi for a tenner.
They are nice cold too - I often have potato, courgette and salmon ones for lunch at work. My favourite breakfast ones are: I egg, 4 tbs free yoghurt, tbs sweeter, 70g cooked quinoa (or 40g porridge oats) 4-5 chunks frozen butternut squash (zapped in microwave for about 4 minutes) and tsp mixed spice - blend it all together with stick blender and cook in waffle maker for 10 minutes or about 25 minutes in mould in oven

Wow! I had no idea you could add HEXB/speed foods to waffles, will definitely hunt one down on Amazon! They would be good reheated I guess?
