Picnic food???

I'm going on a picnic/wine evening at our local village and need some syn free ideas as I'll be using my syns on prosecco!!

Does anybody have any good ideas on what I can make as I'm struggling to think of anything?

I'm not at all fussy with food and will literally eat anything!!! Hence needing to be on SW!!

I've really got into making tzatziki on the advice of someone in group: greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeeze some water out in kitchen towel), finely chopped garlic clove, little squeeze of lemon, chopped dill or parsley to taste. Nice with veg sticks or pita dipped in and totally syn free.

Some slices of naice ham, mozzarella and tomato salad with HEA, halloumi veg skewers with HEA, couscous salad

Some nice strawberries now it's the season

Frittata is really nice, filling and could be free depending on what you put in it.

Great, they sound lovely. Think I'll do them and also some scotch eggs!!

Wafer thin ham or turkey with half a laughing cow triangle rolled up inside. Serve with plum tomatoes and pickled onions.
