Spots after starting sw?

So am 1.5 weeks in and have 4 spots popped up, I've never suffered with spots so quite unusual. Could it be a change in diet?

I've had a few appear too. Very annoying. Although I secretly enjoying squeezing them

Snap! I have had the same problem...did not equate it with starting SW! Maybe it is the toxins leaving the body? I have not taken my heartburn medication since I started, 4 tablets a day I took, the one day I was off plan had to take my tablets...shows it is good for the body/digestion this eating on plan! Hopefully the spots will vanish after first few weeks! Out damn spot 😉
