Lunch and snack ideas

I seem to have breakfast and dinner sorted but I'm really struggling with lunch and snacks.

I'm more of a snacker than a big meal kind of person so I think this is where I'm going wrong.

Any ideas?

I like things like scrambled egg with turkey rashers, or pasta. If I'm at work I have salads with cold meat and eggy muffins.

Soup can be good too.

A bit random, but i like just eating a packet of decent ham, or cooking up some bacon medallions. meat seems to fill me up quickly but i steer clear of bread! eggs is another good one, boiled or scrambled. i think half the battle is keeping things varied as i tend to get bored trying to stay safe eating the same things.

I am a fan of (good quality, high welfare) cooked chicken breast. Or ham (as per pp). Easy to grab from supermarkets, admittedly not the cheapest thing. I've also grown fond of mackerel in spicy tomato sauce; syn free and very filling.
