Sauce mad!

New here & new to SW. Just started yesterday so today is day 1. Im most worried about sauces! Im sauce mad & never have dinner without some kind of sauce. Any recommendations for some sauces that would work with the likes of chicken beef & fish?

Some nice recipes on SW website, there is a Little Book of Sauces recipe book, and you might like the SW frozen sauces from Iceland: a curry one ( nice with fish or chicken) and a mushroom one (nice with steak).

What sort of sauce do you normally use? You can often adapt the recipe to a Slimming World friendly one
