Lunch for my friend (she's on SW)

Hello,
I have two friends coming over for lunch tomorrow, one is on SW the other has just given birth, and I am pregnant.
I would really like to do something tasty but still SW friendly as my friend is doing really well.
So far, I can only think of jacket pot with salad and cooked chicken, with fruit and fat free yog for dessert.
Any ideas on something a bit more exciting but easy and quick?
Thanks in advance.

Slimming world crustless quiche or mini egg muffins can be lovely with salad.

I make 6 muffins by putting in , ham, spring onion and any other veggies into a muffin tin, beat 4 eggs, add in some pepper, beat in 70g of fat free cottage cheese or quark and beat until smooth and pour over the fillings in the muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 mins at 160.

If you don't want to add quark or cottage cheese you could up your eggs.

Chilli? Could have it in the jacket or with rice

You sound a fab friend! You could do pizza bread - wholemeal naan bread/wholemeal roll with tomato puree, cheese, ham, veg etc and let everyone make their own, could be a bit of fun?
Or do burgers (5% mince, onion, peppers, carrot, seasoning, egg, salt) and grill them and serve with bread rolls (choice of wholemeal or white) and salad on the side.
I agree in regard to a quick chilli/bolognese - so versatile and goes with most things
Or some soup (homemade) and some fresh wholemeal bread
Or even something like vegetable fried rice (fry the veg in frylight, boil the rice, add rice when done to frying pan, stir and chuck in some herbs/seasoning and a bit of soy sauce), with or without chicken breast. The chicken could have garlic and basil rubbed on it and baked in the oven in foil, and with rice is lovely and really filling.
Dessert is a bit tricky - fat free yogurt and fruit, berries etc is all I can really think of (you can tell I'm not a dessert cook)

What a kind and supportive friend you are. I wish others were more thoughtful! Look at the Slimming Foodie website- there are lots of delicious recipes that are SW-friendly and are nice enough for non-slimmers too. Lemon and thyme pasta with chicken is nice.
