Come and tell me your meal plan for the day 😊

I've just had overnight oats for breakfast (hex b) Strawbeery SKYR strawberry yoghurt with frozen strawberries. (1 syn)

Dinner will be a jacket potato with some cooked meat, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and onion.

For tea it's Tuna pasta bake with sweet corn and some other veg!

Syns - to be decided 😋

I had a banana for breakfast, 3 boiled eggs with Mediterranean salad for lunch, I just ate the gammon I had planned to have with potatoes and veg for dinner. So I'll probably have some lentil soup that I made this morning later instead.

Had scrambled egg with spinach mushroom, 2 slices 400g bread with a laughing cow light on both slices for breakfast.

Lunch was Harvester simply chicken with a baked potato, steamed veg and free salad food. I then had an ice cream without sauce.

Dinner was ham, roast beef and a large salad.

Forgot to say my HexA is milk in coffee and HexB will probably be a couple of alpen light bars when I'm craving biscuits later. Trying to keep my syns to an absolute minimum after eating a mcdonalds and drinking wine on Monday.

Yesterday was half a huge melon. An apple and a banana.

Made chicken and mushroom pasta for lunch with a huge salad.

Dinner was SW chicken Jambalaya.

Today will be Fruit and yoghurt I think.

Bacon, eggs, spinach and possibly toast for lunch. Might put cheese through my egg.

Tea is sea bass with new potatoes and veg
