What do you eat for breakfast? Preferably non-cooked.
At the moment (only a few days in) I'm relying on weetabix and fruit but that nabs all of my healthy B and some of my healthy A too.
Love the idea of the full English without the really tasty bits bacon fat hash browns and toast but that isn't manageable on the days I am working. Don't have time and also don't want to smell or bacon for the rest of the day!
