Full fat greek yoghurt

Hi all!

Ive searched and searched for info on the number of syns in ff Greek yog but I can't find it anywhere!

I used to be a member but have got rid of all the books, gaining about a stone in the process!

I've been trying to stop eating fat free things/things with tons of chemicals etc and have decided I love full fat yog- it's so much nicer than fat free!

Aldi Brooklea fat free Greek is even nicer than total, it's amazing!

FF keeps you feeling full for much longer than fat free.

I have indeed noticed that my yoghurt and fruit breakfast fills me up for longer when I have full fat!
