Does anyone know how many syns Kitkat minis 16.7g are??
I can only find the 25g ones on the app which are 6.5 syns.
I got them from Lidl if that is any help!

No idea but based on the weights you have given it would be 4.3 syns so I'd go with 4.5 Smile

It might be more though as the ratio of chocolate to wafer would be different Grin

What does the nutritional info at the back day? It works out at 1 syn per 20 cals.

Ah thanks! It says 66 cals so I was thinking 3.5 but should probably err on the side of caution and go with 4.5!
