B - Shredded wheat and milk (A & B)

L - Chicken salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, onion

D - Omelette with bacon and onion with salad

Fruit for snacks

Looks pretty good, although sweet corn is not a speed food, baby sweet corn is.

Think about using some protein for snacks as it fills you up for longer.

Good luck x

You need 2 healthy b choices on an sp day.

You could have veg at one of the meals instead of salad if you wanted, for a bit more variety, rather than two salads, eg stir fried mushrooms, peppers and courgettes with either lunch or tea.

GoldenBlue - I think I will lose the sweetcorn then – thanks.

Owlina - forgot about the second B choice! Amazing” May have a slice of bread with dinner

pandorawithtreaclecolouredhair - that’s a good idea, may even add veg to the omelette instead of having salad, along with peppers.

Thanks all!

Didn't want you to miss out!

I had DS's leftover pasta and pesto so wasn't an SP day in the end!

Bibs, even though it didn't turn out to be a full SP day, due to the pesto pasta, I think it's good to have SP meals within a normal Extra Easy day.
I find that a big boost for staying in target, especially if I've had extra syns on other days, such as a meal out and drinks.
Just don't have the extra B choice.
