I really enjoy my bottle of wine on a Saturday night and don't want to give it up, does anyone else save their syns for alcohol?
I'm thinking if I'm supper good all week it'll be okay and I'll still loose weight, am I kidding myself?

These bottles are something like 16.5 syns for the whole bottle. I used to save all my syns for my weekend alcohol binge and kebab

Save your syns for the wine. I always did, I've just rejoined after putting all my weight and some back on so avoiding wine at the min to keep focus, but I certainly look at syns as weekly.
The stuff posted above is low syn but I can't drink it it's really not like wine in my opinion

Do you enjoy spirits like jack Daniels? Shorts, mixed with diet mixers as long drinks are much lower Syns than wine

OP, my Consultant advises members to have 5 syns a day, even if they are saving some for the weekend: you would still have 70 syns left for your Saturday night.

Not red wine but Gallo Rose spritz with Raspberry & Lime is only 5.5% ABV & 4 syns for a 175ml glass - tastes pretty shit on its own but in a big wine glass mixed with low cal tonic, ice & a squidge of fresh lime it's my new wine substitute!

Vodka with low sugar cranberry juice and some lime juice is refreshing and low calorie!
