Tinned peaches as HEX B?

I'm hoping someone here might be able to clarify this for me. I have just joined sw online and printed off some of the info.

On the healthy extras page there is a dried, canned and cooked food section. It makes it look like you can have a certain amount of it as HEX B. Is this right? The way it is laid out on the page is a bit confusing. A quick google shows a lot of ppl online saying you have to syn it....but why would it be listed on this page if that's the case!?

I think it's canned apple, apricots, pears and prunes that can be HexB.
