So this is my 4th week on slimming world and I've lost half a stone in the first 3 weeks. I had been completely sticking to the plan until yesterday, when I decided to have a day off and ate half a large dominos pizza, half a portion of potato wedges, half a garlic bread and copious amounts of dip! Today I just feel so guilty about it and really don't want to gain this week. I weigh on a Monday morning so have almost a whole week to make up for it but really worrying that I've ruined this week. Anyone else had a binge and still lost?
