What drinks are best (non alcoholic) I used to drink a lot of Diet Coke but I've cut that out but I'm struggling what else I can drink. Plain water makes me feel sick! Vimto and Rivena are syns. Is there any drinks that are low or free? :-)

There's a fizzy vimto zero and a still no sugar cordial version can you have that? (I don't do SW)
Also if you can then Sprite Zero, lilt zero etc

I tend to drink no added sugar diluted squash or high juice. Tesco's ones are nice.

Herbal tea has zero calories. I like jasmine, camomile, mint or lemon and ginger. Jasmine or lemon and ginger are also nice brewed and then chilled and served with lots of ice.

Other than that, tomato juice is very low cal (I don't know the slimming world value though...). Drink it with a dash of Worcester sauce and Tabasco and a good grind of salt and pepper. It's really satisfying!

It's worth getting those fruit infuser drink bottles. Work well with lemon, lime, raspberries, mint. I even knew someone who had cinnamon sticks in hers!

Most tomato juices come up as 1-2 syns.

M&S do a pink Cranberry lemonade which is free. It's usually near their sandwiches.
