I've decided to start EESP today to help my non-existent weight loss. My own fault, too many meals out for birthdays and weddings etc. I'm so unhappy with my weight (have around 1 1/2 stone to lose before I'd think I would be happy but that's another topic!)
So decided to start EESP as heard many good things about it. Have all meals planned out etc but just realised I'm using yogurt to marinate my chicken and these aren't allowed on EESP right? Am I sabotaging my weight loss and not doing it properly? Should I stop using the yoghurt and find another EESP friendly chicken marinade? But then I've read some people have used yoghurt for overnight oats and classed it as EESP. FYI it's around 1 to 2 tbsp yoghurt.
