So I bought frozen cooked chicken pieces, if I add them to a recipe such as curry can I then refreeze them? As they were already cooked when bought then defrosted.. Confused

I wouldn't... once you defrost cooked chicken you shouldn't really freeze it again..

If they're un cooked frozen then you add them to a curry cook and freeze them again it's fine. DP is a chef and we do this regularly with no ill effects.

Thanks Chocolou, I'll do that next time Smile
