I think I need a couple of these ' extra easy SP days' that people at group talk about, I've only lost 1lb this week, my weight loss seems to be slowing down. I don't understand it though? Confused this will be week 4 and can't seem to grasp it.

You only have Speed Foods (so in your book look for the S symbols at the fruit and Veg) then the protein ones which have P beside them.

I think, pasta, rice, potatoes are not allowed. No yoghurt either. Then you have 2 HEB choices but look for the S symbols again and one HEAchoice.

Personally I would be asking for help on your EE food diaries first.

I had to look it up a few weeks ago as I wasn't sure if it was speed or not x

Totally, 1lb a week is still a good loss! Agree with Grovee that you need to get your consultant to look at your food diaries to see if he/she has any suggestions.
