I went to the cinema last night, went to Tesco beforehand and bought 3 little bags of apple and grapes to pick at. I was so pissed off looking at my husband and daughter troughing back cola bottles, strawberry laces and crisps Angry But I did it and felt so virtuous afterwards.

M&s do the guilt free popcorn which is nice, or facebook is full of pictures of 23 hazelnuts with a bit of melted chocolate ( hexb)

Sunbites Popcorn is 2.5 syns a bag, or hula hoop pufts for 3.5. Starburst sweets are 1 syn each, so you could have a few of those as well.

I have sunbites popcorn for tonight with baked oats. Or else I take fruit and hifi bars.
