I'm so hungry tonight

Hi
I've lost just under 2.5 stone on SW since October . I'm really enjoying it and finding it easy to stick to but I am so hungry tonight.
I started my period today and I usually run for the buttery toast, sweet tea, chocolate and crisps Hmm probably explains why I have 5 stone to loose Blush
I've had a home made beef stew for tea with loads of speed veg in it and some on the side. I've then had 2 hifi bars (heB) some seafood sticks (free) an apple, orange and some melon but I'm still hungry. Had 3 ritz crackers (3 syns), 2syns for butter in mash with my tea so still have 10 syns left but if I start eating chocolate I'm worried I won't stop.
And it's weigh day tomorrow Shock

Are you eating dinner really early? Main meal 7-8pm

If you are really hungry you can use the syns you have left, that's what they are there for. I lost 3 stone on slimming world and always used my 15 syns a day. Having a large glass of water first as you may be thirsty. Well done on the weight loss , keep it up! X

Drink lots of water, if you have some lemon or oranges slice it up to flavour it. If you have ice put that in. We all get what I call Audrey (feed me) days. If it is any comfort in many cases the weight is coming off. Then go to bed. :)

Also a highlight hot chocolate is low syn and helps the chocolate cravings!

I had dinner at 5:30. Always like to eat with the children.
I do usually use between 8-15 syns a day I'm just wary of starting on the chocolate and then struggling to stop. I could have a slice of toast or maybe a mug shot? Wouldn't be so bothered if it wasn't weigh day tomorrow.

If you're genuinely hungry you should eat something. It's really hard getting to sleep if you're starving. You've got spare syns. Go eat something. A single piece of toast (or something else that's sensible) won't ruin your good work.

Ooo I have some options hot chocolate. Might have a nice hot chocolate and go to bed
I know I can't be hungry it's just my default to eat when I'm hormonal (the joys of being a woman.)

If you have syns left what about having an extra B choice. So if I ever get the munchies rather than just eat crisps or chocolate I find a bowl.of museli with yoghurt and some fruit takes the edge of the hunger. But is low syn for the amount of 'treat' you are having plus the extra benefit of the additional fibre.

Maybe you will have an extra pre weigh in poo.

Which is only ever a good thing.

I Always have boiled eggs in the fridge for this reason!

That and watermelon all ready and sliced in a tub :)

Good idea frouby I might have some all bran (still have enough of my heA milk allowance so would only be a few syns)
That would be good. Not sure there is anything more annoying than going just as I get home from weigh in Angry which has happened for the last two weeks!!
