Hi I've lost just under 2.5 stone on SW since October . I'm really enjoying it and finding it easy to stick to but I am so hungry tonight. I started my period today and I usually run for the buttery toast, sweet tea, chocolate and crisps [hmm] probably explains why I have 5 stone to loose [blush] I've had a home made beef stew for tea with loads of speed veg in it and some on the side. I've then had 2 hifi bars (heB) some seafood sticks (free) an apple, orange and some melon but I'm still hungry. Had 3 ritz crackers (3 syns), 2syns for butter in mash with my tea so still have 10 syns left but if I start eating chocolate I'm worried I won't stop. And it's weigh day tomorrow [shock]
