I've just been reading up on this. I see there's bronze, silver, gold & platinum.
Do you have to go through them all or can you skip? What I mean is from what I can see you need to do 10 minutes a day for 5 days to get bronze, 20 for silver and 30 for gold.
I do 30 minimum anyway. If I fill in the sheets will I just jump straight to gold? I never bothered with them first time around so I'm not sure.

Yes, you can get several awards in one go if you already do that level. If you go to a group you don't need to fill anything in, just tell the awards person which ones you've qualified for. Not sure how it works online, you probably do need to fill things in.

The awards are there to encourage exercise and build up to gold, if you already do it do you really need the sticker and certificate?

If you went to the same group as l do you would need a medal not just a sticker ! Only one near l can go to regularly ! X

Yes you can start wherever you like. Personally I'm building up. The gold and platinum aren't so easy to get because it's over a longer period of time (think gold is 8 weeks?). I'm doing silver and although I usually do enough to get silver it's certainly pushed me to get out that much more.
