Eating out - Indian

I'm 3 weeks in with a 9.5lb weight loss and really sticking to the plan.
I am due to go out to an Indian restaurant at the weekend and totally unsure of what meal to pick, I enjoy a dansak which is showing 10.5 syns! What are my best options to try and stay on plan?
I really don't want to fall off the wagon this early in the diet

If you like the dansak have it for the syns. Have plain rice and side salad with it.
A dry grilled dish could be good too .
Avoid the bread.
If you can stick to free food all day & save you b choice for the meal - they're most in comparison about 5-6 syns. Keep a few syns each day till then.
Good efforts on the 9lb

Really don't stress about going off plan for one meal. As long as you're straight back on it the next day you'll still be on track.

I regularly have had dhansak and plain rice and still manage to lose 2-3lb a week x
