I absolutely love cake. Really miss it!anyone got any good low syn recipes please?

Not really a recipe im afraid but have you tried the fibre1 bars. They're very cake like at 4 syns each for chocolate chip, lemon drizzle or salted caramel, but they are rather small!!

Look on pinch of nom for their coconut jam sponge. Trying it this weekend as it has good reviews.

Pinch of nom lemon drizzle is great with fat free Greek yog and fruit.

These are my favourites though...banana and choc chip cookies, using coconut flour so a bit drier, but very good.
