How much should I syn this crepe I had put last night?

I had the Belgian white chocolate crepe but no ice cream! How many syns should I say I was, as I'll cut back for the rest of the week.

Jess, it's difficult to syn things eaten out, as we don't know the exact ingredients and quantities, but my SW Consultant advises 24 syns for a dessert eaten on a meal out.
I would count it as a flexible syn day, and not cut back too much for the rest of the week just for that: you should always have at least 5 syns a day.

Thank you, I was going to count them as around 25 syns anyway and have roughly 10 syns a day until weigh day :)
