Does anyone know how many syns in chicken tikka kebab meat from the Chippy without the wrap. It's my one and only downfall. Doesn't matter how hard I try I can't turn it down lol

Not entirely sure. Our local one marinates the chicken in spices and then grills. So I know the chicken is free and the salad is free.
