Synning olive oil

Hi everyone,

This has probably been asked but I can't find it. If I use a tsp of olive oil when cooking dinner for 4, what happens with the syns? Do I still use the full amount or divide by 4?

Divide by 4 so it is per portion. That's assuming the portions are equal? My DCs are 5 and 3 so dinners don't get divided equally yet so I divide by 3 to calculate my portion.
