What are people's experiences with SW? Do you find it's helpful with the weekly weigh ins?
I'm not looking for strictly positive ones, just general really! I'm aware SW isn't really a diet as such, more of a lifestyle change.

I did SW in 2005 and got to target. Kept it off until 2009 when I became ill. So far am finding it very easy with the changes in the years between. There is so much to eat and have found my mojo for cooking again.
I tried weight watcher but I couldn't get my head round the plan. I like that I only weigh cheese/ milk or bread/crackers/ cereal and don't need to constantly be weighing.
