online members - when do magazines come?

Joined online at the beginning of Jan with a package including magazines but haven't received one ye - though there was one out for jan/feb....any ideas when we will received them?

Also, the package includes 7 magazines....is that only if you carried on as a member past the 3 months or do think they will send them regardless? (It advertises the package price as including 7 mags so I think they should send them out but who knows!)

I cancelled mine after three months in December, just waiting to see if the next magazine will turn up.

The last magazine came out in December, so you will probably have to wait for the next one in February. No idea whether they keep sending them if you cancel. Is it in the small print somewhere?

I was wondering about this earlier today. Usually with subscriptions you get the magazine a little bit before it hits the shops so I'm expecting one last week of Jan or do. Does that sound about right?

I've previously been an online member with the magazine subscription. As far as I remember, I used to get the magazine a couple of days before it came out in the shops. I only used the membership for the 3 months but got all 7 magazines and about 300 letters trying to persuade me to continue the magazine subscription
