Are you eating lots of beans? Of any type? It does get better and your body learns to adapt to it but there are some trigger foods

dannyglick · 11/01/2017 14:06

It might be due to increased fibre, or, as PP said, are you eating foods which are triggers?
Triggers for me would be beans, peas, sprouts, cauli, cabbage: all to be avoided if I'm not going to be alone!
If it's a problem, you just need to find the foods to avoid.

Are you eating a lot of things which contain artificial sweetners? That always makes me windy!!

FedUpBird · 11/01/2017 22:02

I've narrowed it down to onions Blush

Sending sympathy! Over a year in and it's still awful. The only time I'm not is if I don't get enough speed... Blush
