Syns in M&S ready meals

Is there any way for finding out the number of syns in the M&S Count on Us range?

They're so convenient and taste quite good too- the frozen range from Iceland is no good for me as I take them to work.

Do you have the app? it has a food search function

Quick search on the app shows these, but if you're more specific, you can probably find the ones you're eating.

If you go to a group you can get the Syns directory which has Syns for thousands of foods.
