Syn free snacks???

Totally stuck on some syn free snacks??

I tend to go with cooked chicken/ham, mugshots, fruit, boiled eggs and Muller lights

I have been making little wraps out of sliced of ham with salad inside all rolled up. I also use my hexB for a snack sometimes (usually a brown roll with something inside)

Depends how much prep you want to do. I make dips with quark or fat free yoghurt, and syn free salsa, or hummus (chick peas, garlic, quark, lemon juice, cumin all blended) and make some "crisps" - just the recipe for SW chips but in circles instead! Then yippedy dip!

Fruit, salad, carrot sticks etc. I can eat raspberries like they are sweets! Ooh and baby plum tomatoes. Yumm!
