I am not rejoining until Thursday as that's when my group meets. I've thrown out my old pack but I want to go shopping tomorrow. Please could someone tell me the grab n go cereal bars and the cheese (baby bell etc). Can't remember!

Alpen Light (70cal ones) (2)or Special K chewy delight bars (1).

Light babybell (3) or original (2), extra light laughing cow (6), Philadelphia 35g tubs- lightest (3) or light (2) Dairylea slices (2), triangles (3) or light triangles (4).

Hope that is what you needed. I put in the amount allowed per HEX so you knew how many you needed to buy. I'd forgotten how many laughing cow cheeses I'd get through!
