Officially yes they would need to be synned... but truth be told I often knock up something similar and as long as I'm having it instead of a meal instead of a snack or extra (98% of the time, breakfast) I don't syn it. I also make sure I'm having only a normal amount of fruit/veg that I'd actually be able to eat in one portion. I've found that this doesn't have any effect on my losses if I do it once or twice a week, but if you want to be extra sure, syn it!

All the veg is Free 3 syns for a small apple

It's only veg and an apple all of which wd be syn free if just eaten ?

Partly because they're not as filling in themselves once you've blended them, partly because chewing is part of what tells your brain you're full and partly because you drink it faster than you'd eat it.

So the issue is that you're likely to have a bigger portion than if you aye it and that you'll be hungry faster than if you ate it.

Thanks tabula
So it sounds like so long as I don't eat extra or just have free foods if orckushbi will be fine .
