I like Two Chubby Cubs, sarcastic, sweary and hilarious. Clear and simple instructions and good photos too.

Another vote for twochubbycubs - their recipes are gorgeous although many of them will use both your HEA and B, which of course helps them taste nicer/be more appetising.

They are very very funny and I love their take on the whole thing.
