I am 11.5lbs lighter and happy but also fed up 🤔 I have a lot more to loose!

Wow! You've nearly got a stone off! Much like you I want the extra weight gone and it's hard when you feel you want to see a bigger number of weight off but don't underestimate the effort involved in getting nearly 12lbs off X
