Looking for inspiration. What are your suggestions for SW friendly baked tattie fillings please?

Tuna, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes with a touch of salad cream

My fave is to use real butter, 2 syns and 30g strong cheddar from my hexA. I don't like toppings like tuna etc

Posted too soon....baked beans are free, or chilli made with lean mince,
A friend of mine always has finely chopped ham or chicken breast mixed with a blob of mayo.
Or cooked mushrooms maybe?

griffinsss · 16/11/2016 23:29

My favourite is SYN free chilli. But spaghetti hoops is a guilty pleasure.

Chicken with lighter than light mayo is so good too.

With salad of course for speed.

Thanks for the ideas. I've been using tuna although I admit I added speed food on the side. It might be more palatable all mixed in. I'm trying not to use light mayo/butter/salad cream just now. Chilli another good idea that I hadn't thought of.

Two bacon medallions (done in microwave because I can't be bothered messing up the grill) defrosted chicken strips (frozen from aldi) and tbsp of light than light mayo. Delish

That sounds delicious and definitely one my husband would love too. Thank you.

Plain tuna and Aldi low fat cottage cheese with chives (which is free)
