Salmon fillets

Hi are Tesco salmon fillets free food , I
Looked it up on my online account and it says 4 syns , please tell me I'm wrong 🤔

I've looked online and it says they're free. Are they just plain fish? Any sauce or coating would cause syns

The only ones I can see with syns are the lightly dusted ones and the fishcakes.
