I've only been a member for 9 weeks and there hasnt been much discussion of this part of the plan in class. I've been losing steadily, good losses first 3 weeks, then about 1.5lb a week since. Unfortunately this week has been v stressful and I majorly fell off the wagon. Not sure how much I have gained as I weigh in later tonight, but I will definitely have put on!
I'm thinking of trying the SP this week to try and get the gain minimised as soon as possible. Has anyone been following the plan that way and are the losses any better than the normal Extra Easy?
