Colemans casserole mix

Hi , I've cheated today and used a colemans beef casserole mix satchet
Does anyone know the syn value ? I've looked on SW and it says the 40gm satchet is 6.5 syns .Would this be right for a normal sized portion ?

That'll be for the whole packet - so divide that by servings.

I sometimes use these, and think they're worth the syns.
The packets are supposed to serve four, but DH and I usually have between the two of us, with extra veg.

I've tried making the casserole SW way but the family don't enjoy it as much & to be honest I dont use many syns so yes I agree its worth it
