I've been on SW since April and lost 2st 11.5lb (don't forget that .5lb😀) I'm almost at my initial target of losing 3st but I don't think I want that to be my final target.
My issue is, I have no idea what I should weigh, after being overweight for so long and the "healthy weight" range on the BMI thing is quite expansive.
How do you decide to call target?
