Does anyone have the syn free waffles recipe that uses blitzed oats?

This is one I use for pancakes but don't blitz the Oats slimmingworlddelights.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/syn-free-pancakes.html?m=1

Also on this blog post is waffles made using scan bran or wheat bran
