Hi. I've promised myself I'll lose a stone at least before ttc again. My BMI is 31.8. I suffered a miscarriage two weeks ago. Done it before. Starting SW plan tomorrow. Anyone fancy joining me?

Room for another?!

I joined 18 months ago and lost 2 stone but haven't been on plan since September and really do need to get back on it

GreenOranges · 11/11/2016 18:42

What a great loss User! Well done.

I lost 1.5lb this week, so feeling a better about things. This week is going OK so far. I'm trying to up my exercise and run more. I prefer to go to a hard core boot camp (as I can't slack that way), but funds are a bit short at the moment, so running it has to be.

I'm determined to get another 7lb off my Christmas.

Can I join too please. I joined 1st Nov. Lost 3.5lb in my first week which I was very pleased about! I don't have targets at the moment as I'm 13 weeks pregnant. BMI is currently 32 though so need to shift some more fat while I still can! Put on loads of weight with DS and do not want to do that again. I'm also a bridesmaid 10 weeks after my due date so could do with not being a big fat lump for that too!
Would like to be 2 stone lighter than I am now post baby as my ultimate goal. Maybe 2.5, will see how it goes in the summer.

Congratulations on your pregnancy :)

AsWeTumbleToTheGround · 13/11/2016 11:45

Thank you!

TheEagle · 15/11/2016 07:20

Congratulations on all the losses (and the baby news Smile )

I lost 2lbs this week which I'm delighted about. 13lbs off since the beginning of October.

AsWeTumbleToTheGround · 15/11/2016 19:10

Off to SW weigh in soon. Not feeling confident. Overdone the syns a couple of days and don't think I measured my cheese properly. I'll report back later

AsWeTumbleToTheGround · 15/11/2016 21:13

1lb off! Pleased with that.

user1474320794 · 15/11/2016 21:28

Well done :) Got my 2nd weigh in tomorrow night can't wait

Assumptaann · 16/11/2016 15:08

Hi, does anyone follow just Red and Green days anymore? I know at one point the magazine used to give recipes for extra easy but also the other plan.

fruityb · 16/11/2016 15:12

I rejoined this week and am back on it with a gusto. I lost half a stone in my first fortnight last time I did it so am aiming for half this week and half next week this time. DS is three months old and I weigh more than I did before he was born (only about 6lbs more so not too bad) and I want to get two stone off in total. I have got lazy and need to get my head back in the game!

user1474320794 · 16/11/2016 21:19

Lost three pounds this week :) so in total lost 10 and 1/2 in two weeks :)

Beccaboo2134 · 16/11/2016 23:51

So I am doing this from home as I can't afford the groups and don't have anyone to watch my children (I can't take them with me! They are a pain in the backside!) I think I have it worked out and I google everything! The only thing I'm struggling with is the hea and heb I can't seem to find out what these mean?
Can anyone help me? I know there are people who don't like it when they are paying and someone else asks for their tips but I seriously can't afford it right now and I need to sort myself out.

Beccaboo2134 · 16/11/2016 23:52

Oh and I only started Monday. Feel like I'm eating more than ever!

fruityb · 17/11/2016 07:17

becca they are healthy extra a and b. Healthy extra a is dairy and healthy extra b is fibre. For a you can have 250ml ss milk or two babybels for example and for b it's whole meal bread or cereals or cereal bars. I use cereal bars for that or that slimming world hi life bars which are really nice and satisfy my chocolate fix!

fruityb · 17/11/2016 07:17

You need the measures for those though as they have to be a specific amount.

LavenderRains · 17/11/2016 07:23

Well done user!
