Help with syns please

Does anyone know how many syns in the prawn and crab linguine at Browns restuarant please? I've searched online but can't find it!

No idea. However if you can find out how many calories are in it you could use the 20cals=1 syn 'rule'. Won't be very accurate as your meal will contain some free food allowance but better than nothing.

Or you could just eat it, enjoy it, not worry about the Syns and make sure you get back on plan the following day!
