Struggle to have HexA and B
Soyouare2faced · 23/10/2016 22:58
I did SW 5 years ago and lost 4 stone. I've just started again (Saturday) and I'm finding it difficult to fit in the extras, more so with the A's. Any tips??

I don't drink milk, so always have cheese for my A choice. Usually grated and added onto something.
B choice, if I don't have bread or oats I have cereal bars.
It's important to have the two choices daily, it does help.

I will have my HexB as either a bowl of cereal in the evening or a handful of nuts. HexB's are a much larger list than most people think, maybe have a sit down and look through the list again?

I never have my full Hex A as I'm lactose intolerant and don't like milk alternatives. I get my calcium from food or supplements instead.

If I'm not having cereal for breakfast, for which I would use my milk allowance, I have a large milky coffee.
