I've recently had a baby - 10 weeks ago. I have lost the weight I gained while pregnant quite naturally through breastfeeding, but I was packing a few extra pounds before I got pregnant anyway. So I'd like to start losing weight now. It's tricky for me to fully commit to groups etc until the new year, but between now and then I'd just like to start by swapping unhealthy snacks for low syn or syn free snacks. I am breastfeeding still so I seem to graze constantly whenever I can and it's always sweet unhealthy snacks. Does anyone have any recommendations of good snacks?
