I have done SW before and lost 3st so know it works.
Then I became seriously ill and have ended up putting it al back on and more.
I'm considering rejoining but I don't want the fat free stuff etc (yoghurts, Diet Coke etc). with aspartame in and the other chemical sugar replacements (gives me migraines). I can't think of other alternatives I will struggle with off the top of my head, but do you think it is doable or am I going to lose less or find it too hard?
