Hi I was wondering if anyone knows a good site to convert calories into syns?
I have toasted corn meal for breakfast called Gofio but I have no idea how to convert? Any help will be appreciated.

There is a syn calculator in slimming world site that will work out the Syns. Or you can email the packaging to slimming world and they will work it out for you. Worst case scenario is to count 1 syn per 20 calories but this only works for foods where there is no free food allowance (chocolate, cake, crisps etc). Not sure whether your cereal would have any free food allowance.

Syn calculator says 5 syns.
