Skinny latte as healthy extra a?

A costa skinny latte is basically 363mls of skimmed milk and coffee. If I don't have the last mouthful, can I really have it as my hexa?

I do it with Costa skinny lattes. According to the app, they're 6 syns - which is the same as a HexA of skimmed milk. Reached my target (5stone loss) in 8 months doing this, so I reckon it's ok!

I count it as HexA. I get sugar free caramel syrup to make it feel like a real treat!

I have skinny cappuccino as my A choice. I only drink black coffee at home so a costa is the only calcium I really get.
